After tens of years continuous development and expanding, our company has become an extraordinary steel production factory among the north iron and steel manufacturing enterprises.

Our company has the first-class testing equipment, THERMAL POWER DIRECT-READING SPECTROMETER imported from U.S.A, advanced physics laboratory for quality management and special analysis, and the SIEMENS automatic control equipment.  We win the market with the high quality of products, and theses products have been sold to many countries in the world. Shengcai steel owns two first class production lines and produces various sizes of steel products with annul outputs upto 400,000tons, while the largest capacity goes up to 650,000tons.Billets which serves as our basic production materials contend120# 150#165# 180# 165*225# sizes as well as other steel production materials with carbon, low-alloy or alloy components. Our Equal angle steel products with sizes 30*3040*4050*5063*6375*7590*90100*100125*125130*130110*110150*150160*160,unequal angle steel products with sizes 50*3263*4075*5090*56100*63100*70100*75100*80125*80125*75140*90150*90150*75160*100 etc. With electrical capacity 800kw, our old heat furnaces which use one line and two stage heating furnaces with hour outputs ups to 40ton; while adopting gas heating methods, our two line two stage heating furnaces outputs ups to 80tons per hour.

TANGSHAN SHENGCAI is building up a new branch mill and will be put in to practice in Dec, 2008. In our new mill, Universal mill-850 and 3 sets 750, can produce angle steel 160 to 250 #, including equal and unequal angle, can produce channel steel 250 to 450#, I-steel can produce 250-480 #, producing flat steel balls 320-430#, using furnace heating up by three section, heat from circumference, by this way can save energy and protect environment with hour capacity reach to 120tons.

2 new lines, one 650 open billet machine and three sets of 620 rolling mill, can produce angle steel 100-200 #, such as equal and unequal angle, channel steel  120-280#, I-beam 120-280 # ball flat steel 160-280 #, The workshop using furnace heating up by three section, heat from circumference ,by this way can save energy and protect environmental ,the capacity is about 100 tons per hour, the new plant  with a total capacity of 24000KW and with an annual output of steel products 100-150 million tons, steel billet use 150 * 150 ,165 * 225 ,165 * 280, 180 * 200, 180 * alloy steel 330 ,200 * 350 ,200 * 430 carbon steel and low alloy steel,.
